P.Ç. 1 Students acquire theoretical knowledge of literary terms and types at an advanced level.
P.Ç. 2 Students have theoretical and practical knowledge to analyse selected works from world literatures—especially English literature—with an interdisciplinary approach (from social, cultural, economic, political, psychological, and philosophical perspectives).
P.Ç. 3 Students acquire methodological and practical knowledge of Linguistics and English Language Teaching at an advanced level.
P.Ç. 4 Students have methodological and practical knowledge to examine and interpret the structure of language with an interdisciplinary approach (Sociology, Cognitive Science, Psychology etc.).
P.Ç. 5 Students have comprehensive knowledge of up-to-date studies and approaches concerning language education.
P.Ç. 6 Students do academic research individually or in groups, and they share their findings professionally at national/international environments.
P.Ç. 7 Students bring new approaches to language and literature studies in an interdisciplinary context.
P.Ç. 8 Students use up-to-date knowledge and advanced abilities to teach a variety of topics in English Language and Literature studies at national and international environments.
P.Ç. 9 Students participate in curricular and extracurricular activities to learn more about English language, literature, and culture, and so they develop an attitude open to dialogue and respectful to their own culture as well as to other world cultures.
