P.Ç. 1 To understand the problems encountered in the sector and to develop practical solutions to the problems by grasping basic concepts and facts related to Tourism, Travel Management and Tourism Guidance.
P.Ç. 2 To a research project in a scientific content, to do strategic analysis as a social scientist who has acteristics of evaluation and practice of SWOT Analysis and who is well-trained about qualitative and quantitative research designs.
P.Ç. 3 To have general knowledge and skills about travel agency and tour operator and to be able to understand significance of transportation.
P.Ç. 4 To know the service delivery processes and to ensure customer satisfaction by doing the job related to the profession of tourist guide.
P.Ç. 5 To know the fundamental tourism development in the world and to have knowledge about tourism terminology and various tourism movements.
P.Ç. 6 To have basic operational knowledge and to determine the competition strategies.
P.Ç. 7 To have knowledge about native tourism departments, to know and understand different cultures, and to communicate with different cultures by creating transportation service.
P.Ç. 8 To have knowledge about economic, sociologic, legal, cultural and natural values and issues of Turkey and to ensure to associate with current situations.
P.Ç. 9 To have knowledge regarding historical and touristic values, museums, attraction centres like ruins of Turkey and to become knowledgeable about mythological values.
P.Ç. 10 To have knowledge and skills that are able to do cost analysis of travel businesses activities, to prepare travel plans, and to have costs calculation knowledge.
P.Ç. 11 To have written and oral communication skills, and to be able to share information and ideas with others.
P.Ç. 12 To have skills that are able to make correspondence, to prepare principal tables, and to know office programmes to perform professional presentations, to use information and communication technologies and software required by the profession.

P.Ç. 14 To be aware of sustainability, environment, social responsibility, and the social, scientific, and professional ethics in tourism and travel industry, and to develop herself/himself in sense of personal and professional continually, and to have skills and responsibility that can plan urban conservation ways.
P.Ç. 15 To have reading, understanding, speaking and writing skills at the general level C2 of European Language Portfolio in English in accordance with the sector. -To have reading, understanding, speaking and writing skills at least at the general level B2 of European Language Portfolio in another foreign language in accordance with the sector.
P.Ç. 16 To able to think critically, to find different solutions, to analyze the information and to think analytically, and to have ability to control internal and external environment for businesses.
